What is the interview process and hiring timeline?
Click on How to Apply to learn about our hiring process. The timeline from completing an application to receiving a hiring decision is generally 4-6 weeks. This time varies based on the time it takes to schedule interviews and hear back from references and background checks.
We know applying to jobs can be stressful, so we do our best to maintain clear communication about where we are in the hiring process and next steps for you along the way.

What’s the salary?
Counselors and Jr. Counselors receive weekly pay of $325, plus room and board and weekly laundry service (valued at $250-300/ week). In addition, Counselors over 18 receive a travel stipend.
Salaries in food services, health services, and housekeeping vary based on position and experience.
