Get ready to feel like a kid again during this camp for women age 21+! At Grown-Up Girls Camp, we don’t believe in “acting your age”. We believe in having FUN, playing with friends, and learning new things.

ACTIVITIES

Campers choose 4-5 activities to experience each day. Activities are specially crafted for adult campers in mind and are led by Skyland’s counselors.

SKYLAND TRADITIONS:

With over 100 years of history, Skyland has many rich traditions, including camp song night and the talent show. You’ll even be sorted into your camp team (Tallyho or Trossach) and will compete in T&T games on the last day of camp!

SCHEDULE

A typical day at camp means waking up to reveille with your cabin-mates, riding horses, shooting archery, creating tie-dye, enjoying AMAZING food, and ending each night gathered around the campfire.

At Skyland, you will be spoiled with delicious meals, daily Cocktail Hours, and cozy sleeping arrangements, all while enjoying the simple pleasures in life – like iced tea in a rocking chair, s’mores around a campfire, and connecting with friends old and new

LODGING OPTIONS:

Flexible Lodging

Many campers arrive at camp by themselves and leave with new friends and sisters! If you are coming to camp by yourself, you can choose the Flexible Lodging option, and you will be placed in a Lodge Room or Cabin with fellow campers. This is the quintessential summer camp experience!
Please note: if you are coming with a friend or group and choose Flexible Lodging, you are not guaranteed to be placed together.

Flexible Lodging Rate:
$1,360 per camper
$250 deposit due at registration

Private Room

Private Rooms can accommodate 2, 3, or 4 campers and contain comfortable twin beds with cozy linens, shelving for your belongings, and shared bathrooms and showers. Private Rooms are located on the second floor of The Lodge. If you are coming by yourself and would like a private room, you must reserve a 2-person room.

To reserve a private room, one member of your group chooses and pays for the room at the time of registration. All other members of the group will chose “My Lodging is Reserved” and will not be charged at registration.

Private Room Rates:
$3,020 total for a 2-person room ($1,510 per camper)
$4,530 total for a 3-person room ($1,510 per camper)
$6,040 total for a 4-person room ($1,510 per camper)
$500 deposit due at registration

Private Cabin

Large groups can rent an entire cabin for just their group! A private cabin sleeps up to 8 campers on bottom bunk and single twin beds on the screened-in sleeping porch and “counselor” room. Each private cabin has its own living room and bathroom with a shower. If you would like to add more than 8 campers to your cabin, top bunks must be used and your account will be charged for each additional camper.

To reserve a private cabin, one member of your group chooses and pays for the cabin at the time of registration. All other members of the group will chose “My Lodging is Reserved” and will not be charged at registration.

Private Cabin Rates:
$10,880 total for 8 campers ($1,360 per camper)
$1,360 for each additional camper
$1,360 deposit due at registration

The Ranch House

The Ranch House is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house on camp that sleeps up to 6 campers on 4 twin beds and 1 king bed. The Ranch House includes a full kitchen and living room, A/C, Wi-Fi, and two private porches.

To reserve The Ranch House, one member of your group chooses and pays for the house at the time of registration. All other members of the group will chose “My Lodging is Reserved” and will not be charged at registration.

The Ranch House Rates:
$10,560 total for 6 campers ($1,760 per camper)
$1,760 deposit due at registration

FAQ’s

What if I’ve never been to camp before?
Wonderful! While some campers may have experienced Skyland before, many campers will be new to camp too! You will have an amazing time and will leave with countless stories and memories.

Can Skyland accommodate dietary restrictions?
Skyland can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. We will ask for your dietary restrictions on a health form after registration. If you have a severe food allergy, please let us know so we can discuss how to best serve you.

What should I pack?
Linens and towels will be provided, so you will only need to pack your daily essentials. We will send a welcome packet, including a full packing list, to all participants in the Spring.

What is your cancellation policy?
The required​ ​deposit is due at the time of registration.

  • Prior to February 1, the deposit, less a $200 processing fee, is refundable
  • After February 1, the deposit is non-refundable
  • The balance of camp tuition is due on or before May 1
  • After May 1, no refunds will be issued
  • Should you need to cancel after May 1 for a family emergency or a medical emergency, we will give full credit toward the following year’s registration, minus the $200 processing fee. Medical emergencies must be confirmed in writing by a physician.
