Soul Camp is led by Lisa Sheldon, the creator of “How’s Your Good”, a philosophy and practice that focuses on the inner goodness and truth that is YOU. Passionate, energetic, knowledgeable and inclusive, she inspires all of us to live richer, more meaningful lives.

Using an evidence-based approach to wellness, Lisa has created a program that is approachable for beginners while taking more experienced Soul Campers to new depths. Lisa will help you connect the body, mind and soul through four modalities: movement, meditation, energy and philosophical inquiry.  Through “How’s Your Good” practices, you will enhance your mental and physical health, gain greater clarity and purpose and make rich connections with others.
