Memorial Day Weekend has long been one of Skyland’s most physically transformative weekends. Volunteers clean, garden, paint, organize, and unpack to bring the camp facilities out of their peaceful winter hibernation. By Monday, camp glows with all of the love and warmth that the volunteers have poured into their work.  It is these volunteers and their work that sets the tone for a successful summer.

The weekend is a “work hard, play hard” kind of event. In the evenings we enjoy spending time with friends and nourishing those lifelong friendships with great conversation and some good, clean Skyland fun. We hope you’ll use this as an excuse to gather up your old cabinmates and head on over. We’d love to see you there!
