EQUINE FACILITATED LEARNING
Used in many of our camp programs, Equine Facilitated Learning facilitates a bond between horses and individuals, allowing the humans to discover and develop essential life skills.
At Skyland, we partner horses with humans to help humans learn essetinal life skills. Through challenging AND fun ground-based actvities, you will work with a horse to increase your ability to:
-Develop focus and clarity
-Set firm and consistent boundaries
-Communicate more clearly and effectively
-Build confidence and self esteem
-Create honest and authentic relationships
BOARDING OPPORTUNITIES
Come enjoy the peaceful Skyland barn where horses receive personalized care in a very supportive environment. Our horse care is top-notch as is our covered ring with state-of-the-art footing. We offer the following:
12×10 matted stalls
Twice-a-day feeding
Heated water buckets
Daily stall cleaning
Spacious tack room
Hot water wash stalls
Daily turnout
Blanketing as needed
Onsite riding trails
Horse leasing options
