PARTY PACKAGES

Our ponies are well-trained and gentle, and our attentive and experienced staff will be present to supervise all pony activities. There is a 110lb weight limit for horseback riding for the safety of the ponies. For the safety of the riders, closed toe shoes and long pants are required.

One Pony
$250
Includes party child + 5 guests (6 children total). All adults welcome.

Includes party child + 9 guests (10 children total). All adults welcome.

Nature Scavenger Hunt
$150
No ponies included. Explore the camp-wide nature trail with clues to a treasure! You or we can provide the treasure. Includes party child + 9 guests (10 children total). All adults welcome.

FAQ’S

Where is the Pony Party located?
Pony Parties are held at Skyland Camp & Retreats in Clyde, NC. We are about 25 minutes west of Asheville.

What dates and times are available?
We offer flexible dates, as long as staff and ponies are available. Pony Parties are 2 hours in duration and must be finished by 6pm at the latest.

What is included in the cost?
● 2 hours rental of covered ring (rain or shine), includes 1 hr riding time, 1 hr for pony decorating, party time, lawn games, etc.
● Tables for gifts and food, chairs for guests
● Water provided
● 1 or 2 ponies, depending on chosen package
● Pony decorating materials (Choose Magical Unicorn theme or Cowboy/girl theme)
● Helmets for riding
● Large grassy lawn game area (weather permitting; we can provide game activities)

What do we bring?
● Your food and decorations (NO fake hay please, NO noise-makers, 1-2 balloons)
● May arrive 30 minutes early to set up for your guests
● Wear long pants and close-toed shoes

What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel for any reason up to 7 days prior to the event. Within 7 days, there is a $75 cancellation fee.
